This committee will be made up of 2 Senior Parents, 2 Junior Parents, 2 Sophomore Parents, and 2 Freshman/8th grade Parents.

 

Senior Night Committee Details

• Assign a Committee Chair
• Schedule planning meetings
• Communicate all information with the arena manager and staff
• Schedule the band (check with the Booster Board VP if this was already done)
• Communicate to CGHA Girl’s Director to have U8 or U10’s attend. 
• Gather Senior information for ceremony scripts, programs and memory boards
• Prepare and distribute invitations, programs, etc. (templates available)
• Communicate with the Game Announcer appox. 1 week prior
• Facilitate the post game reception
• Make sure team photographer is scheduled and candid photos are taken
• Decorate the arena (balloons, senior picture boards, etc.)
• Arrange for corsages & jerseys for senior moms
