In order for any athlete to get in the pool or be at any practices they need to sign up for the team with Park High School Athletics.  Park High School/District activity registration we be open in July and it will be on the Park High School Athletics website.  Please watch the Park High School communications announcing that registration is open.  Boosters will also send out an email to current email address on file.

A sports physical is required by Park High School with each registration.  The sports physical is good for 3 years from the date it is signed.  Please retain a copy of the sports physical you turn in so you have record of when it will expire.  (Sports Physical Form is available in the Forms/Links Tab.)
