Swimmers and Divers:

Captains practices will begin in mid July. Watch the website and Remind 101 for more information. (Please note that these are optional, are not in the pool, and will be outdoor physical and team building exercises planned and run by the captains.  They are guaranteed to be fun so we encourage all athletes to come if you can.)

 

What to bring to captains practice?

  • Towel (required)
  • Water bottle (required)
  • Athletic Shorts (required)
  • Tennis Shoes (required)
  • We may go out for breakfast after a practice but we will communicate that in the Remind 101 app so you can bring money if you want to attend.
