Swimmers

Season Start (mid Aug) to Start of School:

8:00 - 10:00 am MTWThF at CGMS

3:00-5:00 pm MTWThF at CGMS

Once school begins:
3:30 - 6:15 pm on MWF

3:30 - 6:00 pm TTh

7:00 - 9:00 am Saturdays

Divers

Beginning when season starts (mid-Aug) and continuing once school begins.

6:00 - 7:30pm MTWThF at Oltman Middle School

9:00 - 11:00am at CGMS
 

What to bring to practice? (most swim type items will be available on our Elsmore website that will be emailed)

  • Practice swimsuit - Speedo Endurance or TYR Durafast last a long time.  Best selection at Dicks, Sports Authority, Elsmore, Amazon or Swim Outlet. (required)
  • Practice swim cap - You will need to purchase two practice caps.  Boosters will provide two Wolfpack caps to use for meets only. (required)
  • Swim bag - a durable, water-resistant bag that is labeled with swimmers name (required)
  • Goggles – extra pair and/or additional bungee straps (required)
  • Croc type shoes are recommended (not required)
  • Towel (required)
  • Chamois (not required)
  • Water bottle (required)
  • Healthy snacks (not required)
  • Athletic Shorts (required)
  • Tennis Shoes (required)
  • Yoga Mat (divers only)
