PHS Bowling Registration

2023 Registration Information

The Co-Ed Fall Bowling season starts during the second Monday of August with tournaments that run through December (just before winter break).

The Girls High School Bowling season begins in January with tournaments that run through March.


Register for the 2023 Fall Season

3 Steps to register your bowler:

1. Fill out the Eligibility and Waiver form online - This form needs to be filled out and submitted online to be eligible to participate in competition. Please send confirmation of form completion to Coach Willie Taylor III (nwcbigtimer@hotmail.com).

2. Sign the last two pages of the Park Bowling Handbook - This will be given to each bowler during practice and/or during the pre-season parent meeting. Please turn these sheets into one of the coaches as soon as possible.

3. Sign the Team Agreement - This is our team code of ethics contract. We expect all bowlers to demonstrate leadership and respect at all times. This form is handed out by coaches during practice. Bowlers will sign and return the forms to continue participating in practices and competition.

4. Pay the registration fee - Make checks payable to Park Grove Bowl. Turn payment into one of the coaches.

  • Registration fee $150 for each bowler***
